GOODS

The description of Goods is as stipulated on the website. Any description is as accurate on the website and up to date as possible, however it should only be relied upon for illustrative purposes. Sizes and specifications are not subject to a guarantee of accuracy. Full Detailed sizes and specifications are available on request. Email us on hello@ivadgifts.co.uk

PRICE

The total Price payable is stipulated at the time your order is confirmed.

CANCELLATIONS/ REFUNDS

If you are not totally satisfied for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for returning your purchases in pristine condition with original boxes, tags and packaging. You are wholly responsible for the cost and safe return of goods. You can return them either in person to the store or by post. We recommend getting a receipt for postage as we cannot be responsible for goods Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving them. We are unable to refund Earrings or Food Stuffs unless faulty.
